Northland Foundations is seeking a hardworking and dependable Concrete Laborer to join our team. • Assist with layout, preparation, and installation of residential foundation footings.
• Set, align, brace, and strip aluminum concrete wall forms.
• Place and tie reinforcing steel (rebar) as required.
• Assist with concrete placement, finishing, and cleanup.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, and organize materials, equipment, and job sites.
• Follow project plans, measurements, and supervisor instructions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform general labor duties as needed throughout all phases of foundation construction.

• Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

• Frequent lifting, bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing.
• Ability to work outdoors in hot, cold, wet, and dusty conditions.
